The Platform acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting Buyers and Sellers.
Buyers place orders through the Platform.

The Platform may deduct applicable commissions, transaction fees, logistics charges, taxes, and other applicable charges before remitting funds to Sellers.
The Platform may hold payments for a reasonable settlement period to accommodate delivery confirmation, returns, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable Indian tax regulations, including GST requirements where applicable.
All returns and refunds shall be governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on Sandhai.co.in.
Buyers may request returns or refunds subject to eligibility criteria specified on the Platform.
Sellers must honor approved return and refund requests.
The Platform reserves the right to mediate disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
The Platform may temporarily hold payments while investigating disputes.
Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy published on Sandhai.co.in.
